Our client operates a multi-client distribution centre and needs an operations manager to lead the warehouse floor.
What you will do
- Own daily inbound, putaway, picking and dispatch performance
- Lead and develop shift supervisors and team leads
- Keep stock accuracy and safety standards high
- Work with account managers on client service levels
What you bring
- 7+ years in warehouse operations, 3+ in a management role
- Experience with a WMS
- Calm, organised leadership style
